What impressed us most was their comprehensive approach—they handled every aspect of the job, which was surprisingly difficult to find. The team went above and beyond our expectations. All we needed to do was rent a storage box outside our house, and they took care of the rest. They carefully disassembled and moved everything out, then worked their magic on our floors. The sanding and staining work was absolutely beautiful. Their attention to detail was phenomenal. They took the time to show us samples directly on our floors and made sure we were completely satisfied before proceeding with the work. This level of care and professionalism made the entire process as stress-free as possible. When the job was complete and everything was moved back in, our floors looked stunning. We highly recommend KO Floors to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional service. They truly exceeded our expectations!

Being new to Long Island, I researched so many flooring companies and vetted them through estimates/consultations. I chose KO flooring after seeing samples of their work, responsiveness to my inquiry (Nick answered my message immediately and made himself available to come to my home asap), family run business, and their willingness to accommodate my needs as a pregnant mother with a toddler. Nick and his father are both lovely people and practice what they preach when it comes to the “old school” mentality of delivering quality work and ensuring client satisfaction. There was one thing I was unhappy with upon delivery of service and he sent a worker back to fix it. This act speaks volumes, not only to his character, but his dedication to ensuring a happy client for years to come. Being a part time designer I’ve had dealings with plenty of craftsman and can assure you this was an excellent experience. If I had to do it again, I’d hire KO Flooring.

I hate home projects of this size and scale - but I can emphatically say Kevin's team was excellent. They were on time everyday, worked hard to get the job done - and were incredibly responsive. I had to have them move my furniture out and back into my home. They did a great job, were careful - and we love the way it came out. Well done, and highly recommended. Good guys who came through for us. You can see the obvious before and after. It's looks brand new.
