Is this your first time working on a wood floor restoration project? What about tearing down old unfinished hardwood flooring using power tools?
You need to know what to do if anything goes wrong. The most important question is whether or not you love doing labor-intensive tasks. Hard oak floor renovation may seem something you can or are willing to undertake.
